I wanted an Mp3 player with a FM radio (something that my $229.00 8 GB iTouch does not have).
My Pro Ebiz came with ear buds and the pointer, a case, a Micro SD card, and a skin to protect the screen along with the USB cord and the AC/charger plug. There was no software disk with this unit, but I have really had no need for it. The Pro Ebiz is smaller than I thought it would be... but it's a very nice multi media player.
So far, all I have done is the radio a few mp3's and some Avi's from You Tube. This unit has no backlight feature so some video will look dark. Overall I have been very pleased with the unit. I use Sony headphones with this player(I don't like earbuds in my ears... sorry Ebiz). The Pro Ebiz had great sound!
Loading media from my Acer netbook (XP home edition)to my Pro Ebiz has been a drag and drop breeze and it all plays smoothly. I just wish that it had longer battery life... video play will drain this small wonder quickly. It's a great 16GB Mp3-5 player with radio for everyday use and the price is nice too.
Just 4 stars for now....I'm saving my last star for the new 4" or 5" Mp3-5 players that they will sell in the future.

I bought it over a month ago the picture is great and the audio is clears. The battery has lasted through 2 movies before dying good for air line flights very handy. I have dropped it a couple times( really hard) It still works the same. The only complaint I have is the screen is very sensitive to touch so when you are playing a movie or music loke it so the lower play menu does not appear. I am in the process of buying 2 more(no lie) its worh th3 then 60 bucks
Great buy !!!!!!!!!!!!!!

When i saw this product I had my doubts on it due to the review of the shipper and people haveing dead one. Unfortunatelly my came just fine..It play all mp3,wma and music files i throw at it. the video files are picky. afv.avi, mpg, wmv played at the corrected screen size if you have the right software to convert the files. touch screen is tricky but remember this is not made for chubby finger people thats why the stylist is there. Remember to double tap to make it work. Wished it had more games or updates for it like a calendar, calculator, games and able to write notes on it. havent recorded from the radio yet but voice recoded came out fine as long you stand still and not walk around with it. i purchased 3 mini sd card 4,8, and 16 gb card they all worked on these so now instead of a 18gb player in now have a 36 gb with the card. video quality are fine as long you know what you doing, wished they were more hard case covers for this kind of player I will nave make a trip to the shak or bestbuy to find a case that will do the job for this and able to put all the accessories it came with. aka "pen". but so far I'm happy with it. will post later.

The Good:
Great memory for the money
Good battery life
Good play back quality
The Bad:
Impossible to see the screen in sunlight
Difficult to use and slow response touch system
Movies on LCD are only viewable at odd angle
Unable to bring it up on some computers
I bought this item about 3 weeks ago. I read the other reviews here and it made hesitate but in the end, I'm a cheapskate, the price won me over.
The best part of this unit is the bang you get for the buck. There are no other MP3 players out there that I could find with a 16GB capacity at anywhere close to this price.
The battery life is also good. I was able to play several hours of music on a single charge.
On video files the battery does not perform as well. On a flight from Ohio to California I was able to listen to an hour or so of audio, switched over to some video and only got about 70 minutes of video playback before the unit went dead.
Which brings me to one of the biggest problems with this unit, the LCD:
In sunlight it is impossible to see the display and since all the functions except for power/hold are touch display driven, the unit becomes essentially useless in the sun.
When watching video files I had to hold the unit at an angle in order to see the movies. If you look at it straight on the image is dark and difficult to see. I played around with it and if I hold it at a 30 degree or so angle I get the image that I SHOULD be getting by looking at the screen head on. Very strange and equally annoying.
The touch screen is difficult to use if you have anything other than small hands. I have medium sized hands and found myself frequently back tracking out of options and menus that I didn't mean to invoke when they were un-intentionally selected by my finger. The response time is also very slow and using this unit requires a great deal of slow deliberate finger taping and patience.
Another big pet peeve of mine: The unit comes with a stylus that is obviously made for some other completely different device and there is NO place on/in this device to store that stylus. It just seems like they bought a bunch of over stock styluses from some other product and shoved them in the box.
Last but not least:
When I originally loaded my music and movies on this device I did it from my desktop computer (Windows 7 x32 beta). I went on a two week trip to California and took a couple of laptop computers with me. When I plugged this unit into the laptops neither would recognize it. It would charge from the laptops but at no point was I able to access the files on the device from either laptop (one running Windows 7 beta, one running Vista 64). I also tried plugging it into a 3rd laptop running Windows XP SP3 and still could not access the files on the device. In each case the laptop would charge the device but none of them popped up a new hardware found message and none of them would allow me to access the files on the device.
Conclusion:
I would not buy another one of these but it's also not worth the hassle to try to get a refund for it so I'll keep it until the price of better quality 16GB+ MP3 players come down to a reasonable (sub $100) level (I'm looking at you Sony and Apple)

This is a great product for the price it is very light weight and works on basicly every song i have put on it. If you were looking to buy a cheap but dependable mp3 this is the one.
