i would rather recommend buying a product that would be capable of playing 3G as i was not able to play my Ipod Touch .... for the older versions of Ipod it works really well if you have a nano ( Which i am currently using) i would recommend this product

Overall i guess it is ok, for the most part it comes in clear but i mean it has better days than some
one day ill be driving to school and the sound is crisp and almost perfect
the next day its lke i dont even have the ipod in the dock i think it really depends on how your cars antenna is positioned
mine is great for regular radio, but ipod docks dont seem to work well, if FM's dont work i recommend a permanent attachment or an ipod compatible radio deck

I love this transmitter-- works well on the cigarette lighter plug on the center console of my car. I can see where some people would say there is some feedback with the transmitter-- but most of that is to be expected when you're listening to music that is especially soft. I was pretty impressed with this product!

Nice product, very good quality. Just forget about the FM transmitter, almost impossible to catch a frequency that isn't being used by a radio station with a major signal amplitude, specially when you are moving around.
The lighter entry isn't that tight, so the dock tends to turn upside down on the turns... you have to find your way around to get this guy tight and not moving. If you want to use it just as dock and a battery charger i would give a 5 star.
