The Belkin Sport Armband Plus Case for iPod nano 3G is a great find. And at a great price. It's so convenient, light, and practical. It stays in place when you exercise. It keeps the cord at the desired length from your arm to your ears. Make sure you select the model that matches your iPod size. Look at the picture. I had to slightly enlarge the holes at the bottom and the slit at the top with a pair of nail scissors to make plugging the earphones, switching off, and inserting/removing the iPod easier.

i haven't really used it yet, but i tried to put it on just to see and it seems like you would need someone else to adjust it for you. other than that it has some good features to it.

Used 20 or so times and falling apart already. All seams coming undone. Latching loops undone where I need them, so have to either make uncomfortably tight or too loose. Would not recommend to friends or even enemies.

I love this IPOD holder. It is easy to adjust and stays secure during workout. The cord holder is a great bonus!! It keeps the cord safe and out of the way. This product was worth every penny and I would definitely buy another one.

While this armband is excellent for staying where I put it, it is a bit of a pain to put on. The range of fastening possibilities is useful in that it will fit anyone - yet I find it really tricky to slide the fastening bar into a slot while it is on my arm. The cord winder is a great idea - and, unlike my last armband, I have had no trouble at all using the dial on my nano through the plastic screen.
