i have a griffin leather case for my first ipod touch that was just about perfect. so when i received a new ipod touch for my birthday, i was disappointed to find that griffin did not make a leather folio case for the 3rd gen touch.

when i found the dlo, i was pleasantly surprised that it was almost identical to the griffin, right down to the magnetic closure. about the only complaint i have is that you have to purchase a packet of 5 screen protectors for an additional 15 dollars, whereas the griffin came with a screen protector at no additional charge. other than that, it's a great case. and, the credit card slot is a nice touch.

I purchased an ipod nano 3 or 4 years ago. I don't know if it's 1st, 2nd, 3rd or 78th generation. This product looked like it would fit my ipod-----but it doesn't. Not enough simplified info in product desciption for someone like me who has better things to do than keep up with every new "REBIRTH" of products that I have purchased. The picture looks like it fits my ipod, but it doesn't!

I was trying to find a case that would protect my iPod as much as possible, give me access to all of the important buttons/features, and be able to clip on without being bulky. I tried many options online, but they all left the screen exposed - exactly what I didn't want! After visiting Best Buy and way too much online hunting, this is THE only case that met my aforementioned needs. I went and look at it in Best Buy before I bought it - it cost $30 there. The price on Amazon was great, but the shipping was a lot, so I only ended up saving about $10.

The arm band and case are excellent, actually the case is just as good as any other of the hard case's you can buy on here. I actually bought a separate hard case that I didn't need as the case that comes with the arm band is so good. My only negative thing is my outdoor speaker connection does not quite fit all the way into the output jack, but all my other connections do, headphones etc......

I thought that this armband and case was great, until I tried to plug in any earphones that I had (3 different types) into the Nano in the hard case, all of which would not fully plug into the Nano, due to the hard case being in the way.



This is a major problem for me, as I got this armband/case to listen to my ipod while I drive very, very loud machinery and have to use earphones. I can't use the measly little speakers that the ipod comes with. Also, there is no way to attach the ipod to the armband without the case. This makes this product totally useless to me.

If you've already got a pair of shoes that you really like, or don't have the money to spring for a new pair of Nike+'s, this is really the best way to go.



Right now I'm using this with my Nike+ Sport Band and I couldn't be happier. I have noticed that a few people complained about accuracy, but I haven't had these problems. Sometimes I will notice I will be short or up .01 of a mile, but I'm not a professional runner and errors that small do not affect me. I'm more concerned about using this product to motivate myself to run.



The build quality is excellent, and stands up to all the strain I put on it. (I tend to hike rougher trails every now and then, and the dirt has no impact on the sensor) It fits very snugly in your shoe, and I guess my only qualm is that it's a pain to take off and put back on, although that never really comes up considering I have a dedicated pair of shoes for running.



Bottom line: if you want to start Nike+ and don't have an iPhone or iPod, get yourself the Sport Band and this little case and you've got yourself a new hobby.

Strapping your Nike+ sensor to the laces of your shoes works just fine if you take the time to calibrate your Nike+ system. However, $8+ is too much to spend on a pouch unless your are seriously concerned with aesthetics.



Here's a very cheap, and waterproof, way to do it:



- Get a small ziplock bag - A least 4 inches wide (I use one that had screws from a bookcase I bought)

- Place the Nike+ sensor inside the bag and seal

- Starting from the ziplock end, roll the bag up (like a scroll), making sure the sensor is in the center-bottom of the bag when you start (you may also want the logo side the sensor facing away from the way you're rolling)

- Lastly, with your shoes on, tuck the ends of the bag under your laces (making sure the Nike and Apple logos are facing up and toward you) and lace up with the sensor placed where you find the lace loop on the shoe's tongue.



Now you're ready to run, rain or shine, with your Nike+ without spending a lot of money or any risky shoe alterations

It is not losing data thus I like the product. My next shoe will probably a nike+ shoe so it doesn't have the weird pouch look but I don't look pretty running anyways.

I've had this case about a month, and it's already stretching so the button cover does not line up with the Home button right. I initially liked the case because it is easy to use, improves the "grip" on the iPod, and didn't add too much bulk. However, I remove the case daily so my iPod will sit in the iHome correctly (it doesn't seat properly with the cover on) and daily is obviously too frequent for the durability of this case.

This is a solid case that definitely protects my iPod. I have a 7G iPod classic and didn't like the spacer in the back (needed for compatibility with the 5G iPod) because it makes the whole thing really thick. However, I really like the plastic in the front, the hole with the molded edge for the wheel makes the touch wheel really easy to use. Now I unfortunately cannot use this case because I am using a Belkin cup-holder dock in the car, which is not adjustable and cannot accommodate this case. I find it really hard to use the iPod touch wheel without this ArmorSkin case.

this case holds my ipod very well. better than i thought. all the holes line up perfectly with and and i was easy to put the ipod in it.

it really cover up the ipod well. all that shows is the scroll wheel. its quite thick and has some weight to it which dosent bother me since i know its durable and i dont like anything that dosent have mass to it. the case seems like it will cusion the shock of the ipod hitting the ground although i dont want to find out whether it will or not. i assume it will do its job based on all the rubber surrounding it. i recommend you buy this because its woth it in my opinion.
