I bought this Speck case for my brand new iPod Touch 2G, and I'm very happy with it. It fit right on without any problems, and it feels a lot more durable than the regular silicone gel cases that are also sold. I would recommend this to anyone who doesn't have a case for his or her iPod.......
Just got this case a few weeks ago to use with my Touch (2g). It works well and looks pretty good, too. The silicone material gives you a nice grip and feel when using your ipod. Seems like it protects pretty well against spills or moisture, although the ubs port and headphone jack are exposed - so you still need to be careful about protecting those areas. The look of the skin is sharp -- but not dressy. Nice for everyday use. If you want something that looks a bit more sophisticated or more professional -- go with leather. Overall -- Speck did well with this one. Nice work. ......
I bought this for my new iPhone 3GS. First of all it doesn't fit well on 3GS may be because of extra volume key. But still I was okay with it but I realize you cannot use your camera with it.......
I have shopped all over- many big box stores along with a lot of online searches. This case is by far the best. Unlike the hard cases, it is not bulky, fits your hands easily and is no slip. It is cushiony and comfortable. It would not keep the Ipod/Itouch from breaking if you dropped it from a distance or with force. However, since it is no slip, it keeps you from dropping it in the first place. We also purchased a clear cover for the face of the device and I would recommend that also. This cover does stretch and easily stays on. ......
The case was for my husband's iPod, and it was perfect! I was just looking for something to protect it in case of normal life happening. My son accidentally dropped it, and thankfully landed on the back where all the rubber backing was. We love it!......
