Simple design, Holds ipod touch with a rubber case on! Probably would even hold the thicker iphone because it can stretch. iPod Touch Armband / Arm Band by iArmbands for 8 gb, 16 gb, 32 gb, & 64 gb (1st, 2nd & 3rd generation - 1G, 2G & 3G itouch). Neoprene is water / sweat proof. I am a big guy and the armband fits and is very adjustable. Fit and finish is excellent. If you need a great running accessory this is the one to get!

This device keeps my ipod safe and secure while exercising and I use it often because of this. It is however difficult to use my ipod while it is in the protector and while the ipod is on my arm it is in an awkward position to change songs, etc. At times, the plastic is in the way of the buttons and I end up taking the ipod out of the holder to change stuff and then putting it back in. Would work best if you listen to a whole album or preset mix so you dont have to touch the ipod while working out.

It is durable and holds ipod well. It fits my arm perfectly and most importantly, it is very comfortable.
It can get a little foggy if you run fast for one hour on the treadmill but fog is only small amount.
Also if you run outside and it rains, the band plastic cover will mostly protect the ipod from the rain.
It doesn't look pretty when you work out because the plastic cover is not perfectly flat, but you will have no problem using touchscreen and it does the job, which is to hold the ipod securely.

The problem with this unit is that it worked a little too well...my wife went to Florida for a week and borrowed it for her SmartPhone. I have spent the remaining days having to either run with the I-Pod Touch in my hand or in my pocket, the horror of it all. Once you've enjoyed running with it, everything else seems pointless.
I ran it through Utah's inclement spring weather (hail, rain, snow) and found it favorable. I did have some slight difficulty having to adjust the strap a bit in order to reach the i-Pod controls, but it worked fine through the plastic protective sheathing. Easy to adjust and get use to which gives you ample opportunity to worry about other things like Utah's toxic yellowish immersion clouds. Does Amazon carry NBC masks?
I use it with my Nike Plus. Enjoy!

Works great. I'm not doing strenuous exercise....just brisk walking, so no problems keeping it in place. Very handy!
